No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity:The SAP Environment Planning Manager plays a critical role in Global SAP Services team ensuring efficient and effective utilization of SAP systems across the sectors (NA, LATAM, EUROPE, AMESA, APAC), being responsible for strategic planning, optimization, and coordination of SAP environments, ensuring seamless operations enabling project delivery in alignment with business objectives.Your Impact:As SAP App Services Environment Planning Sr. Manager your scope would consist of:Develop and execute a robust SAP environment plan and strategy that aligns with the company's overall IT roadmap.Collaborate with integration, project, and cross-functional teams to define SAP system requirements to support project and sustain activities.Steward of the SAP landscapes across multiple regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and standardization of landscape documentation and its status.Own the technical demand planning process and maintenance windows to safely maintain the systems while minimizing disruption of the environments.Plan and manage system refreshes, upgrades, and patches to maintain stability and security.Manage system copies, transports, and data synchronization.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.Experience:12+ years of overall IT experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP environment management.SAP certifications (e.G., SAP Certified Technology Associate) preferred.Proficient in SAP solutions for large projects implementation and support and their integration (S4 HANA, BW, MDG, EWM, CRM, etc.).Understand SAP architecture, its integration, database management, and cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure).Familiar with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and transport management.Capable of creating project plans, integrating activities between multiple projects, leading technical teams.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements
