The SAP Key User is responsible for the complete knowledge of the operation and the SAP system flow. They will be the main contact with operations and support areas, including other key users, in case of any doubts or errors in the system or process. This role involves internal and external communication with different leaders or process owners to review or define new scopes and share all changes or information with all involved parties in SAESA.
Job RequirementsSpecific knowledge about the FICO SAP process.Analyze and escalate errors or doubts in the system.Provide feedback to leaders and involved roles when the root cause of an error is detected.Participate in various sessions regarding SAP topics with different leaders or teams in the Safran network.Assist different teams in analyzing information or SAP flows to create or automate indicators.Escalate issues to the technical field if they cannot be resolved by this role.Specificity of the JobLocation: Queretaro, Mexico
