The Consultant role requires deep understanding of the cloud business model, the ERP processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAP's success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of IDG services.Application specific solution consulting (Manufacturing - Implementation: understanding of Customer businesses through Business Driven Questionnaires, set up of Fit to Standard Workshops for Manufacturing, Execution configuration based on the results of the Business Driven Questionnaires and Fit to Standard Workshops, unit testing, support on the creation of test cases, support on test scheduling and execution, support on data migration, go live support, and post go live support.)Performance of feasibility studies solution reviewsSupport of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposalsSupport on Customer questions through SAP CommunitiesEXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:Live and breathe the cloud business model and the subsequent implications regarding the implementation & post-implementation service businessEnsure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA Cloud customersArticulate the S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutionsUtilize SAP Activate methodology, tools and processes to ensure successful customer adoptionDeliver agile services in a fast-changing environmentSupport the industrialization of the implementation processUnderstand and practice value-based "fit to standard" delivery approachPosition and Deliver transition roadmaps between On-Premise and Cloud solutionsDrive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journeyTaking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leaderDemonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and toolsBeing able to map and re-define business process in the warehouseWORK EXPERIENCE:Functional Experience with minimum two years in Manufacturing applications, including Production and QualityExperience implementation in SAP Manufacturing, considering Production Planning and Quality Management Line of BusinessesBeing involved at least on a TWO full cycle implementation in SAP ManufacturingGood understanding of cross industry and specific planning of business processesUnderstands the Business Process in Manufacturing, considering Production Planning and Quality Management Line of BusinessesMUST Manufacturing and/or Logistics SAP CertificationEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:University degree or equivalent work experienceSpanish: FluentBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
