The Consultant role requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, the ERP processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.The Consultant role will be at the core of our customers and of SAP's success and is primarily a strategic relationship function, accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of DBS services.Application specific solution consulting (TM- Implementation: creation of business blueprint, execution based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support. Agile methodology use cases.)Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviewsSupport of pre-sales activities such as commercial proposalsEXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:Live and breathe the cloud business model and the subsequent implications regarding the implementation & post-implementation service business.Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers.Understand the S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiate S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions.Promote methodology, tools, and processes to ensure successful customer adoption.Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment.Support the industrialization of the implementation process.Understand and practice value-based "fit to standard" delivery approach.Support and deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions.Understand the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer on their journey.Demonstrate knowledge of modeling standards and tools.Be able to map and re-define business processes in the Supply Chain.Understand Customer Success promoting BUSINESS OUTCOMES.WORK EXPERIENCE:Functional Experience with a minimum of TWO years in Logistics applications.Experience in implementation in SAP TM or Logistics Processes.Involvement in at least ONE full cycle implementation in SAP TM.Good understanding of cross-industry and specific planning of business processes.Understanding of the Business Process in the Supply Chain.Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes: Logistics execution and delivery management, inventory analytics and control, inventory management & batch control, Kanban, warehouse management, Transportation Management, MM, FI/CO, and knowledge of LE-TRA.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:University degree or equivalent work experience.Fluent in Spanish.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
