The Enhanced Operation Service is part of SAP ECS Delivery organization, focusing on leading and optimizing strategic customers' end-to-end delivery and operation model during the customer's cloud transformation journey.What you'll doEnhanced Operations Service Specialist plays a pivotal role within the SAP ECS – Enhanced Operations Service (EOS) organization, serving as a trusted advisor responsible for safeguarding and optimizing strategic customers' investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.As an Enhanced Operations Service Specialist, you are responsible for:Ensuring Day to Day quality service delivery and achieving various ambitious service KPI and SLA's.Quick responses during escalations, taking proactive steps to avoid escalations, and driving initiatives to improve operation and stability for customer systems.Performing comprehensive performance assessments for SAP systems running on Hyperscalers platform utilizing various performance tools.Assisting EOS operations support for ongoing performance issues in customer production systems.Overseeing performance testing and benchmarking for new IT stack (HANA + OS).Developing and implementing performance optimization strategies for SAP applications, HANA DB, and Azure infrastructure.Collaborating with ECS Service Engineering and other teams to optimize system configurations.Documenting performance test results and recommendations for knowledge sharing.Monitoring production system performance and providing recommendations to maintain optimal performance levels.Conducting root cause analysis for service requests failures/outages and performance issues.Bringing in Continuous Improvement Initiatives to address customer pain points.Streamlining standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements
