.SAP BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - WM AND LOGISTICSGENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe SAP Business Systems Analyst - WM is an SAP professional and is a member of the larger SAP BSA team. He/She will bring specific knowledge of the WM workstreams and logistics to the team. The individual should be an expert in SAP Warehouse Management with functional and technical knowledge of SAP Task and Resource Management. He/She is a critical resource for client onboarding's and other programs undertaken. The SAP BSA is responsible to analyze and design system solutions to meet operations processes which ensure our profitability. The SAP BSA is the main liaison to the development team and will work closely with them to ensure quality of design and program functionality. He/She provides key input to our SAP WM standards and execution of our supply chain ERP solutions. The role involves knowledge and understanding of SAP at a functional level as well as business processes and applied practices.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSExpert on SAP WM ModuleDirect assistance to clients in defining key WM capabilities and requirements that will enable their strategy (client facing communications).Direct assistance to Operations on internal Warehouse operations using SAP WM functionality including options for TRM (Task & Resource Management).Perform configuration within the WM Module. Work with Global Business Solutions team to ensure modeling is aligned with the capability of the system and Global ERP goals.Understanding of RF functionality in SAPExperience in designing a system solution based on warehouse layoutEnsure the standard models comply with company optimization goals globally.Create functional specifications for hand off to SAP development team for items such as reports, transactional programming changes, interfaces, SAPscript, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs) and User Exits.Document internal and external process flows and operating instructions for business execution team.Demonstrate understanding of SAP ASAP methodology.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or business.2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP WM design and implementation experience.3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SAP Functional Role: strong design and implementation of at least one full SAP life cycle in a supply chain environment and detail expertise in WM.4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Precision functional role: strong design and implementation of at least one full SAP life cycle in a supply chain environment.5.
