Sap Concur Analyst

**Day to Day job Duties:(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)**- Provide Global Support for Concur Travel & Expense users- Conduct research, and use troubleshooting capabilities to fully analyze reported issues efficiently, and respond to users within established timelines utilizing standardized solutions- Routinely update the users on open tickets to gain additional information or advise of status- Interact with other IT departments as necessary to resolve user issues.- Escalate unresolved user issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.- Balance multiple priorities and be prepared for future events as well as expected changes.- Facilitate/monitor manual and automated data imports and exports.- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules with creative and technical success.- Represent the Concur Team on cross-functional teams.- Adhere to Process SOP's for escalations as needed.- Develop and maintain functional and technical product knowledge.- Develop and maintain knowledge of Concur's implementation and support practices and methodologies.- Other duties assigned by manager
