Support AnalystSAP Functional Resource with purchasing, manufacturing, planning, engineering, sales and finance sideQualifications (Summary):- Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS or related Technology field preferred- Minimum 5-7 years ERP experience- Knowledge of ERP systems from Order to Invoice- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills- Excellent communication skillsResponsibilities (Summary):- Support multiple ERPs which includes Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Quality, Engineering and Sales- Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues- Engage with users to test vendor solutions, patches and reports- Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement- Must be a team player
