**About the role**:
At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP CRM Consultant for our new S/4HANA projects.
As a SAP CRM Consultant, you will assist in the design, implementation, and support of SAP CRM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business requirements and contribute to the successful delivery of SAP CRM projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Solution Design and Implementation**:
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP CRM solutions.
- Support the configuration and customization of SAP CRM modules to meet client needs.
- Participate in the implementation of SAP CRM projects under the guidance of senior consultants.
- ** Client Engagement**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Provide support in conducting workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Assist in documenting client requirements and project deliverables.
- ** Project Assistance**:
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Help manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones.
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- ** Support and Maintenance**:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CRM functionality.
- Support the implementation of enhancements and updates as needed
- ** Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
- Seek guidance and mentorship from senior consultants to improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM modules including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
- Minimum 1 year in SAP CRM configuration and customization is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP CRM.
- SAP certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
