Join the ambitious team at **Amer Sports** as we search for a dynamic SAP FICO Consultant. In this role, you'll be part of a team of professionals, tackling global SAP support requirements and shaping processes and company standards in your area of expertise. Your main goal will be to take ownership of support activities and new developments, managing them independently or in cooperation with the **Global SAP Team**.
**What you will be doing**:
- Manage **SAP incidents**:
- Define and coordinate support processes in SAP area
- Take ownership for covering business needs by driving end-to-end implementations of change requests and new solutions within **SAP landscape**:
- Actively participate in SAP related projects and** SAP development initiatives**:
- ** Maintain and enhance** existing processes
- Promote and implement the automation agenda for SAP
- ** Train** Business Key Users
- Maintain tight and active communication with international SAP Teams
**What you need to succeed**:
- ** Minimum of 7 years SAP consulting experience**:
- Proven expertise in **SAP FICO**:
- Experience with **SAP AFS solution** and knowledge of **ABAP Workbench** is an asset
- Project experience with **S4/HANA implementation/rollouts and maintenance in FICO area**:
- Good knowledge of **ITIL procedures**, particularly in incident management
- Fluent in **English**:
- Strong **customer service orientation**:
- Excellent **communication skills**:
- Ability to **handle multiple priorities**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
