The role ofSAP Functional Analystis the responsible to evaluate business needs; coordinate on assistingwith the requirements gathering, documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes, functional specification design, configuring, testing. And implement SAP Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning & MRP processes for a high-volume semiconductor manufacturer including multiple wafer fabs, assembly/test operations, and warehouses. Including technical support and training.Serve as the key intermediary between the vendors/customers and a variety of internal contactsAssist project teams to gather requirements and translate requirements into designs that leverage existing solutions where practical.Ability to assess change drivers, translate them into viable projects and identify threats & opportunitiesWork closely with PM to ensure design and delivery meet expectationsEnsure design issues and options are clearly articulated and communicated to reach the right conclusion with demonstrable audit trail.SAP primarily focus is on Logistics, Material Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Production Planning elements.Provide solutions using and implementing SAP best practices.Develops specifications for custom reports and programs based on user requirements.Design/develop testing processes to ensure end to end performance, programs and data integrity.Provide training and support for business users relevant to SD/MM/PP/WM and Engineering Elements.Manage specific background job requirements relative to LO/MM/PP/IM/WM modules.Troubleshoot critical job failures and resolve issues that prevent successful batch job execution.Proficient on Researching SAP Notes.Lead system integration testing and user acceptance.Train businesspeople to ensure system is use appropriately.Coach and develop fellow colleagues.**Job Requirements**:Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in Computer Science or other relevant specializationAt least 12 years of experience with responsibility for delivering SAP SD/MM/PP functionality in a manufacturing environment.Deals well with pressurized situations, focusing on the task in hand and objective solutions.A multi-tasker who focuses on delivery with the ability to work to tight deadline.English language fluent speaking, written and readingProven experience in working cross-culturally and across multiple time zonesExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven experience in Project Management, change management, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.Master's degree in related area considered a plusCustomer service oriented.Self-motivated and Proactive.**Salary**:$90,000 - $120,000 MXN
