This role is responsible for supporting, capitalizing, and upgrading Finance functionalities in SAP - Atlas regarding Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Processes to enhance business operations in LatAm Units.Business Partner of Supply Chain Finance team for global, regional, or local deployments and projects along with multifunctional areas as Supply Chain Inbound, Outbound, Controlling, Commercial, Master Data, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, and/or others. Considering best practices to standardize and automate SCF processes through system capabilities and trainings.Commendations if opportunities are identified.**What are we looking for?**:- BS with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineer.- Advanced experience in SAP modules: FI & CO- Intermediate experience in SAP modules: SD, MM, PP & PM- Preferred minimum of 4 years in Supply Chain Finance (Primes, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)- Preferred knowledge of Project Management**What will be your key responsibilities?**:- Support on day-to-day issues or opportunities in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) operations in SAP-Atlas to LatAm Units, evaluating and establishing priorities.- Lead, create, and implement projects to improve efficiency, control, standardize, and automate Supply Chain Finance operations.- Responsible to develop, nourish and improve knowledge of "key users" group.- Business Partner for communicating, testing, approving, and implementing local, regional, and global projects and deployments; working with FunctionalExperts of Supply Chain Inbound and Outbound, as well as multifunctional stakeholders; providing guidance and suggestions based on root cause analysis and business acumen.- Deliver communication and training across multiple business segments, units or areas about changes or new processes after project implementations.- Collaborate with Digital Managers to look for new solutions and efficiencies in operations.- Request, custody, and evaluate appropriate user profiles in SAP-Atlas for SCF Operations to mitigate risks.- Create a global network to identify best practices and implement improvements accordingly.- Support on the compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards, local legislation, and Finance Manual through the correct use of our ERP.**What can you expect from Mars?**:- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
