Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people.Job DescriptionThe HR HCM consultant is responsible for providing SAP HCM knowledge (SAP Payroll focused) to business users and functional leadership to meet evolving business requirements.Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Perform solution designs, functional testing, best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance primarily focused on SAP Payroll MX.Follow and use the templates, processes, and regulations from excellence organizations and ensure a consistent requirement engineering, development, deployment, and testing methodology.Work closely with stakeholders to refine technical detail into user stories with acceptance criteria.Assess customer requirements and provide development effort estimations with the support of the technical team if needed.Maintain a balance between standardization and customer orientation as well as development speed and time-to-market.Participate in tier 3 IT Solution support activities including incident management and the delivery of application upgrades and patches.Work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions.Support the resolution of production problems when requested by our support team and develop alternative approaches to resolving problems.Assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications.Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with a global team/end-users.Maintain professional and good working relationships with team members and business.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or similar areas.Additional InformationMinimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Implementation or Production Support Experience, including Payroll (US/MX), Benefits, and Time Management.Experience with S/4 HCM.Experience in PCR changes for both Time & Payroll.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.Experience working with complex integrations.Capable of documenting and interpreting functional and technical specifications.Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world.Maintained a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.Knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and techniques/ability to interpret quality indicators.#J-18808-Ljbffr
