As an SAP HCM Senior Consultant, your primary goal is to ensure stable data integration and system landscape. You will act as a BA HR facilitator, supporting HR teams (mainly for time management and payroll services) while collaborating with external technical providers operating North America's SAP HCM systems.Main Tasks and Scope of Work:Creating Technical Concepts and Documentation:Develop technical concepts and support procedures.Document operational processes.Project-Related Activities:Lead or participate in project workstreams.Contribute to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery.Drive impactful contributions to the long-term transformation of SAP HCM Regional Systems.Service Management Activities:Handle incidents and change requests for NAR systems.Focus on Time Management, Payroll, ABAP, and SF EC Replication.Document technical configurations.Align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support.Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with regional team members.Collaborate with BA HR global team members (SAP HCM Solution Architect, SF SCPI Consultant, SAP HCM ABAP Developer).Support internal business partners (HR PSSA) in developing and documenting business requirements.Your Qualifications:Academic degree in computer science, business management, or a related field with an IT focus.Several years of practical work experience in the HR technology field of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT, PY)SAP HCM ABAP programming skills and good knowledge of Time Management and Payroll in SAP HCM, preferably SF EC Integration knowledge as well.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.Structured, analytic and self-starter way of working#J-18808-Ljbffr
