Sap Hr Capability Consultant - Time Management & Ukg Kronos Work Force Central / Ukg Pro

Job Description The HR Capability consultant is responsible for providing SAP HCM & Kronos Work Force Central  knowledge to business users, functional leadership, and guidance in design and implementation of configurations, customization, enhancements and changes to meet evolving business requirements.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform solution designs, functional testing, best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance.
Complete configuration tasks with the SAP HCM & Kronos Work Force Central environment or the newer version of UKG Dimensions.
Follow and use the templates, processes and regulations from excellence organizations and ensure a consistent requirement engineering, development, deployment and testing methodology.
Research and resolve production problems, work closely with stakeholders to refine technical detail into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Assess customer requirements and provide development effort estimations.
Maintain a balance between standardization and customer orientation as well as development speed and time-to-market.
Participate in tier 3 IT Solution support activities including incident management and the delivery of application upgrades and patches Work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.
Create functional solutions and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations.
Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions.
Resolve production support problems.
Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end-users.
Maintain professional and good working relationships with team members and business.
Provide high level end user support.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or similar areas.
Additional Information Experience working with complex integrations.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Implementation and Time Management .
Familiarity or experience with time management solutions like: UKG Kronos or UKG PRO .
Knowledge in Personnel Administration, Org Mgmt, Payroll or Benefits is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is also a plus.
Capable of documenting and interpreting functional and technical specifications.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.
Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world.
Maintained high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.
Knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools and techniques/ability to interpret quality indicators.
