**Job Description: SAP IBP Replenishment Planning Lead**
**Location: Hybrid in Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico**
**Duration: It's a contract to hire position, so after 12 months the consultant may receive a direct offer from the end client (not a guarantee).**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise small teams of 7-8 individuals in the United States, India, and LATAM, within the Production Support space, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate replenishment planning activities using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ensuring timely availability of materials to meet production demand.
- Serve as the focal point and expert in major components of SAP IBP, particularly in replenishment planning, and lead the implementation and optimization of these processes within the team.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the team in resolving level 2 and 3 incidents and issues in production support, including issue escalation and resolution, and critical incident troubleshooting.
- Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure effective communication and swift issue resolution, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in replenishment planning processes and production support, proposing and leading initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing global teams within the Production Support space, preferably in SAP IBP environments.
- Solid proficiency in major components of SAP IBP, with specific focus on replenishment planning.
- Experience in managing level 2 and 3 incidents and issues in production support, including resolution of critical incident problems and implementation of break/fix solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams across different time zones.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process optimization opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Certifications or training related to SAP IBP and/or project management will be positively regarded.
