Job DescriptionSAP S/4HANA Project Management:• Lead the planning, implementation, and rollout of the SAP S/4HANA system.• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals, managing scope, budget, and timelines.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee testing and deployment.System Optimization and Integration:• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP and other enterprise systems.• Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing applications and emerging technologies.• Deliver reliable 24X7 infrastructure and application support according to business expectations for a manufacturing site• Ensure IT Security according to the Central Directive compliance.• Coordinate the IT Application Landscape for San Luis Potosi Plant• Promote safety, health and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ CD03800 and applicable standards.Innovation and Digital Strategy:• Drive innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies like AI, IoT.• Develop strategies to align IT capabilities with business needs, focusing on creating competitive advantages.Stakeholder Collaboration:• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors.• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.Team Leadership and Development:• Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, ensuring alignment with project and organizational goals.• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred.Fluent in speaking and writing English.IT Budget management5+ years of experience in software development or technology infrastructureStrong knowledge in cyber security3+ years of experience in a leadership roleProven 3+ years of experience in SAP managing service lifecycle.Proven ability to set direction and inspire team members to engage and successfully deliver on a vision.Proven ability to design and map processes.Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.Strong IT Service Management and standards experience.Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.A management style that is collaborative, energetic, and results oriented.Additional InformationGet to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:Facebook: Instagram: LinkedIn:
