This specialist is dedicated to optimizing maintenance and asset management processes through the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP PM/EAM solutions. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, customize SAP PM/EAM modules, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. **In your new role you will:
- **Act as Project Manager for IT projects.**:
- Provide operational IT support for **Plant Maintenance Solutions **(SAP and non-SAP) worldwide.
- Actively **support process and system **consolidation activities.
- **Create solution proposals **and blueprints for change requests and project requests.
- **Ensure quality **for customizing/development delivered by external service providers.
- Conduct **in-house customer trainings.**
**You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar.**:
- At least 3 years of professional experience, **preferably as project leader in IT projects.**:
- Solid experience in **SAP PM/EAM or other Logistics modules.**:
- Understanding of databases (e.g. **Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL **) is a plus.
- The ability to remain **focused on solutions **, open, and flexible even when you are under pressure.
- **Fluency in English.**:
- Good command of **German **would be a plus.
- Advanced **intercultural skills **to collaborate in an international environment.
