The SAP Key User & Data Analyst is responsible to lead the SAP Power User and Data Reporting groups in Supply Chain Management with coordination, implementation and analysis of different reports required by the organization and help the team to succeed in the mainly goals. Lead SAP implementations on the Procure-to-Pay side, as well as supporting supply chain team on data analysis and reporting. Also responsible to identify and audit SAP information periodically to ensure information is compliant with business processes and SOX (where applicable)Responsibilities:.- Lead, coordinate and support the Purchase Orders creation/extension/maintenance/communications in SAP- Support SAP Power User with creation/re-activation/modification/maintenance of Purchase Orders- Coordinate and Communicate Category Buyer team to finalize next year contracts.- Support Corporate projects and implementations on SCM Process/ Systems topics.- Reporting & Financial Accuracy. Support the different areas within SCM (Buyer, Site leaders, SQA & PLPL) by providing different reports and data base to support Financial Commitments are being met and tracked with accuracy with Finance & other areas.- SAP Purchasing Master Data Maintenance (Purchase Orders and Material Masters).- Vendor Master Coordination (add/maintain suppliers, payment sites)- First point of contact for Supply Chain on ERP related implementations (system conversions, divestitures, new plants, etc.)- Design business processes related to PTP (procure to pay workflow) along with global counterparts.- Develop/ Maintain scripts for mass uploads/ data extraction on SAP.- SAP Data Audits ('Rules of Thumb'/ SOX).- Support North America manufacturing plants on issues with receipts/ ordering.- Support Accounts Payable resolving ERS and retro pricing errors.- Coordinate yearly standard price analysis/ submission with purchasing and finance teams.**Skills**:- Proven experience as a SAP Power User- +5 years of experience in similar position- Advanced MS Office (Macros preferred) and industry standard purchase order software platforms.- Written and Oral Communication - English Spanish (Advanced)- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis- Advanced organization and time management skills- Good communication skills, capable of facilitating and documenting meetings in a dynamic, international work environment.- Self-starting individual capable of executing assigned tasks and solving problems in a professional manner- Personnel management experience (preferred)Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
