The intern will be working with the Managing Director team who has the responsibility to ensure and manage SAP Labs activities, communications, events, growth, and pro-actively attract new businesses and investments. The intern will be expected to support activities related to the development of the Monterrey location business.What you'll doPosition Title: SAP Labs México Early Career Talent - Communication and Events SpecialistSchedule: 40 HR/WeekIn-Person: Hybrid (2-3x/Week)Activities and ResponsibilitiesThe SAP Labs México Early Career Talent - Communication and Events Specialist will participate in various Business & Administration projects to improve the management of tasks and interactions among teams at SAP Labs Latin America (São Leopoldo/Brazil and Monterrey/Mexico locations) with an emphasis on business results.Examples of tasks you will be responsible for:Collaborate closely with our Communications team on various projects.Contribute to marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives & events, and hybrid work environment activities.Plan & Coordinate events (virtual & on-premise) for our Monterrey office colleagues.Apply your creative writing and storytelling talents to promote our initiatives.Who you areWe're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
