If you join Ortho, no matter what your role, you will be expected to keep that Customer Excellence focus in your work.**The Responsibilities**:- Creates requirements definition documentation and functional specifications to capture business needs using advanced business processes- Creates Business Process flow diagrams to document current and future business environment.- Engage, Communicate and collaborate with the customer and shared with project stakeholders- Responsible for design validation, configuration, implementation, and functional/technical support and maintenance.- Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components that support the Order to Cash- Process and test solutions, including appropriate documentation- Support business users in delivery of end user training- Works closely with process teams to facilitate project progress and ensure integrated system solutions.- Functions as key member of project teams throughout full project lifecycle (blueprinting, realization, final prep, go-live, and support) including the operate phase.- Provide implementation support, preparing the business for the system solution.- Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system- Demonstrates problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages- Maintain proper change control for the SAP system**The Individual**:- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline- Requires, Overall 10 + years SAP SD experience in configuration of SAP SD ECC 6.0- Expert in integration points between SAP SD and other areas modules (FI / MM / PP)- Proficient in all SD configuration along with Output, Text determination and Credit Management- Has Hands on in Pricing configuration and routines- Has Knowledge of EDI set up and coordination with EDI partners- Experience with designing interfaces between SAP and external systems- Participation in a least one full SAP implementation project
