Job Description :About the role :At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP MES / MII Senior Consultant for our new S / 4HANA projects.As a SAP MES / MII Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MES / MII solutions.You will leverage your extensive expertise to guide clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities :Solution Design and Implementation :Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP MES / MII solutions.Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP MES / MII modules.Oversee the implementation of SAP MES / MII projects from inception to completion.Client Engagement :Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.Provide expert advice on SAP MES / MII best practices and industry standards.Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.Project Management :Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.Support and Maintenance :Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MES / MII solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP MES / MII functionality.Implement enhancements and updates as required.Team Collaboration :Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP MES / MII solutions.Proven track record of successful SAP MES / MII implementations.Strong understanding of SAP MES / MII modules including Production Planning, Materials Management, and Execution and Business integration Scenarios.Proficiency in SAP MES / MII configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.SAP certification in MES / MII or relevant modules is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
