About the Team IT System Management & Operations (IT SMO) is supporting and running SAP Internal Systems. We deliver services from three regions (EMEA/AMER/APJ) having a strong international focus and cultural diversity. Our organization is expanding its delivery and support team in the Americas time zone.
What you'll do As part of our team you will be responsible for the:
Delivery of technical and administrative tasks for complex SAP Landscapes running in Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid architectures.Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA Requirements in the range of 99.99%.Proper definition and documentation of technical operational and security concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the team.Partnership with international teams in global projects.Who you are We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Educational requirements: Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date), Preferred Focus Areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management.
Interested to get familiar with SAP and 3rd party Software, Solutions and Platforms, such as SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, MS Azure and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating system platforms and their operation.
Strong capabilities in the area of technical documentation.
Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams.
Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
Very good communication and networking skills.
Preferred Qualifications Strong working knowledge in technical documentation.
Project member experience in an international environment.
Knowledgeable on Agile and overall Quality and Project Management methodologies desirable.
Results orientation with skills to handle multiple priorities while being quality focused and pragmatic.
