**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
Position Title: SAP Mexico Early Career Talent - Marketing
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)
The Marketing Early Career Talent will support the Mexico marketing team in the main initiative's execution across the region and segments. They will support flawless execution to meet business expectations. Collaborate with necessary internal and external teams and stakeholders on project timelines and milestones, this will involve virtual teamwork and cross team collaboration.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- Execution Support - Support the execution of the main initiatives of the South marketing team.
- Infrastructure - At an advanced level, develop, promote, populate, and operate marketing infrastructures (incl. events, portals, tools, and services)
- Revenue Generation - Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility for the revenue generation.
- Resources and Vendor Management - Managing program budgets (owned, stakeholders' and/or partner contributed) and vendors required to support program execution.
- Plan Programs and Campaigns - Independently design, align, resource, and promote integrated marketing programs and campaigns in support of strategic plans focused on partners/channels
- Event management

- SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:_
- Recent Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering or related
- A passion to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to collaborate and work across virtual teams to achieve combined goals.
- Strong business-orientation, process design and analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results
- Strong organizational skills
- Accountability for achieving both individual and shared team goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- The initiative to work independently in a self-directed environment
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a desire for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in English
