With over 22,700 associates, it's the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionThe S2P Consultant provides expert level of business process guidance on SAP requirements and design, specifically in Replenishment into the different distribution centers either from internal suppliers like plants or from buyout suppliers.Supports the business processes with issue identification and resolution, and process optimization.Purchase requisitions handling.Knowledge of back to vendor processes, over/under delivery handling in the inbound, scrapping.Analyse as-is processes and promote standardization and integration with other modules.Coordinate all testing activities and contribute to test plan creation.Coordinate data clean-up/migration activities with IT process consultant to support key users and team members.Support the key user community with user mentoring, process documentation, and end user training.Work with the key users to maintain process documentation and training tools.Support go live and hyper care phases.QualificationsExperience in the successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area.Understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and bring about decisions considering the context, deep knowledge of SAP MDG-M, S/4, and other relevant IT systems.Experience in the area of SAP MM, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4.Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
