In this role, you'll lead our SAP Team, oversee the implementation and delivery of various SAP programs, and contribute to the growth of our SAP business in the Mexico region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and managing a team of SAP experts, providing direction, guidance, and support
- Providing technical expertise and architecture guidance in SAP configuration, customization, and integration
- Conducting performance evaluations, identifying training needs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the SAP Team
- Communicating business values of SAP solutions and demonstrating how the design and system architecture will contribute to the achievement of business goals
- Coordinating the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work for SAP projects
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Fluent in English
- 8+ years of extensive experience in SAP consulting and engineering with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, and SAP DSC implementations
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing SAP teams and delivering complex projects
- In-depth knowledge of SAP product portfolio, architecture, configuration, integration, and customization
