Sap S4 Implementation Lead

Responsibilities:Lead the complete SAP S/4 implementation program from planning and design to deployment and support.Manage and govern the overall architecture for the implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with Mexican regulations and following SAP best practices.Deeply understand Mexican localization requirements and ensure they are seamlessly integrated into the SAP S/4 solution.Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure successful adoption.Manage and govern the external delivery partner, providing clear direction, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality deliverables.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation.Develop and maintain communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4 technologies and best practices.Define and lead knowledge transfer activities to ensure long-term sustainability of the solution.Qualifications:Proven experience as an SAP S/4 Implementation Architect with a successful track record of leading large-scale projects.In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 functionality and configuration options.Understanding of Mexican SAP S/4 localization.Strong project management and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working with external delivery partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Spanish and English.About Clarios:Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
