The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of their domain and a deep understanding of the relevant SAP module, with expertise in configuring and supporting SAP landscapes.Role and ResponsibilitiesResolve SAP issues reported by business users and deliver enhancements as required.Complete all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements.Proactively work with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues.Understand and design EDI requirements with customers and external partners.Own certain niche processes within broader domain areas (e.g., Electronic Invoicing, Notafiscal, CFDI, and EDI interfacing to 3rd party systems).Prepare functional designs, configure systems, and perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.Required Skills and ExperienceIn-depth functional understanding of their respective work stream and experience in configuration and maintenance of SAP systems.Communicate closely with the ABAP development team.Minimum 1 full implementation of the SD module.Expertise in key integration points between SAP modules (FI and MM).In-depth knowledge of EDI X12 Messaging, mapping, and translation.Good understanding of SAP IDOCS Processing.Experience working with external warehouses and electronic communication.Understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.Ability to understand business requirements and prepare and review functional specifications.Good understanding of integration of SAP modules in end-to-end business processes.Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.Ability to work in large and diverse teams.Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements with experience in a validated environment.Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.Good sense of ownership and high level of accountability.Aware of release governance processes and experience with incident management tools.Experience with various estimation techniques.Superb communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent spoken and written skills; Portuguese is a plus.Willingness to work in shifts and travel.Proactive approach to problem solving.Experience working in a globally distributed team.Interested?
