Here, employees are empowered to express diverse perspectives - and are made to feel valued, energized and rewarded for their ideas and creativity.**About the team**:**Role and Responsibilities**:- As a Senior Functional Consultant, will be responsible for resolving any SAP issues reported by the business users and delivering all enhancements as required by business users.- Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.- Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements.- Responsible for proactively working with business users for identifying and resolving recurring issues.- Responsible for understand and design EDI requirements with customers and external Partners.- Owner of certain niche processes within broader domain area eg. Electronic Invoicing, Notafiscal, CFDI and EDI interfacing to 3rd party systems, etc.- Prepare functional designs, make-system configuration and perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.**Required Skills and Experience**:- In-depth functional understanding for their respective work stream and experienced knowledge in configuration and maintenance of SAP systems.- Communicate closely with the ABAP development team.- Minimum 1 full implementation of SD module.- Expert and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules(FI and MM).- In-depth knowledge of EDI X12 Messaging, mapping and translation.- Good understanding of SAP IDOCS Processing.- Experience working with External warehouses and electronic communication.- Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.- Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare and review functional specifications.- Very good understanding of integration of SAP modules in End to end business processes.- Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.- Ability to work in large and diverse teams.- Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.- Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment.- Should be able to guide and mentor junior members of the team.- Good sense of ownership and a high level of accountability- Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.- Experience of various Estimation Techniques needed.- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.- Well versed in English and Spanish. Excellent spoken and written skills
