As an SAP consultant, you will support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central Payroll.
HCM payroll background is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors ECP solution.
Knowledge on Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and other SF suite components is a plus.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESMinimum of 3 years domain experience.Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM Payroll / SSFF ECP implementations.Good knowledge of Mexican Payroll (Argentinean, Colombian or any other LAC country is a plus).Good knowledge of Employee Central component.HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.Knowledge of RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.Experience in project management is desirable.Good knowledge of SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.Good presentation and communication skills.Good command of English language (Portuguese is a plus).Able to work in an intercultural team.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSBe actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.Deliver billable components that meet a customer's needs.WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience.
2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.EDUCATIONBachelor in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.LANGUAGE SKILLSEnglish – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory).
