In this role reporting directly to the SAP Operations and Delivery Manager, you will be a critical part of a team providing support for the "end-to-end MM/WM/IM value stream" in the SAP production environment. You will work directly with our business users and business SMEs on tickets that may involve functional configuration, functional and light technical analysis – solution development – testing – validation – documentation, troubleshooting, data validation and correction and/or end user training. You will also be responsible for timely resolution of end-user tickets to meet Service Levels and KPIs, standard monitoring activities, working with users to gain clarification on issues and understand requirements, coordination of user acceptance testing, documentation and ownership of the tasks required to move changes into production.What's in it For You:The Sr. Security Engineer will have a unique opportunity to make an impact within Ecolab. Adept at persuasion, influence, and conflict resolution.
