Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain a robust SAP security strategy aligned with overall business objectives and industry best practices.Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP security controls, including access management, authorization controls, and data security.Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits for SAP systems.Champion the adoption of a strong security governance framework for SAP security, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Manage and mentor a team of SAP security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application owners, business process owners, and IT operations, to ensure security considerations are integrated throughout the SAP lifecycle.Stay abreast of the latest SAP security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for SAP users.Drive the continuous improvement of SAP security processes and procedures.Investigate and resolve security incidents related to the SAP environment.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP security administration and implementation.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SAP security strategies.In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including user access controls, authorization management, security profiles, and audit logs.Experience with SAP audit tools and methodologies (e.g., GRC, SGRC).Strong understanding of security governance frameworks.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A self-starter with a proactive approach to security.Preferred Skills:SAP Security certifications.Experience with SAP security automation tools.Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments.About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
