**Duties**:
SAP Specialist is responsible for Warehouse Management, Materials Management, Sales and Delivery and Production Planning:
- Supports departmental functions/usage of SAP WM, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Analyzes and evaluates SAP system processes and user needs.
- Researches, defines, and proposes both short
- and long-term solutions to SAP system requirements.
- Evaluates system requirements, defines, and implements solutions, including testing of released system solutions.
- Creates and documents strategies; and develops, coordinates, and executes standards, policies, methods, and procedures for SAP business processes.
- Consults with Business process owners to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of system access.
- Creating and updating of master data and operational transactions for several SAP modules
- Monitoring and solving incidents within the hardware related to SAP (mobile printers, RF Guns scanners, local and network printers). Support and follow-up for new acquisitions for these equipment's.
- Assisting users with material transactions in inventory management and warehouse management.
- Participate in local or global development projects as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal SAP team to assure knowledge exchange.
- Creating, updating, and reporting in a daily, weekly, and monthly basis operational KPI's with specific follow-up with area owners for those close to be out of goal and out of goal.
- Continuous training on current and improved processes for teammates, supervisors, and associates.
- As additional to SAP role, the job is responsible to support the warehouse to achieve in a daily basis the internal goal of 99.98% of inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science related field with 3+ years IT experience.
- Fluent English is required for this position
- Minimum 3+ years SAP ECC 6.0 experience in WM, MM, SD (PP is also desirable)
- Strong functional skills and abilities in WM, MM, SD, and PP areas and with desirable skills with FICO.
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Management and Materials Management process execution.
- Analyze and solve complex process and system problems as part of the overall Supply Chain process, including: Production Order processing, make-to-order and stock replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, material staging for manufacturing, intercompany/interplant shipments.
- Ability to take business requirements from concept to production.
- Proven ability to define user requirements, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation.
- Solid experience in managing small to medium sized projects and must be able to work independently.
- Experience in day-to-day customer support and continuous improvement of existing process as well as ongoing user training.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management.
- Excellent communication with both written and oral skills.
- Ability to work under continuous pressure to reach daily and monthly goals.
- Availability to work adjusted work hours on 2nd shift or 1st shift as needed.
- Availability to work extended work hours during peak periods, (10-12 hours).
- Perform all other reasonable tasks required by the operation or your direct manager.
- Reasonable technical skills verification will be performed as part of hiring process.
Technical skills:
- Programming Language: Not required for this position.
- R/3, ECC6.0 with experience in MM and PP modules.
- Proven ability to work with Excel power pivot, Excel power query.
- General:
- Strong skills on Office: Word, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, power pivot, power query), Power Point.
- Direction of Others:
- May provide general guidance and training to lower-level support staff, supervisors, and associates.
