As part of that journey, a North America Supplier Center of Excellence (COE) was established to centralize, institutionalize, and continuously improve the management, accuracy, and usage of supplier data across both PGT and legacy applications.
The Data Governance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of PepsiCo's data assets.
You will be responsible for designing and executing robust data governance frameworks and supporting data cleansing initiatives to maintain high-quality data standards.
Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing data quality, enhancing decision-making processes, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.This role requires a keen analytical mind, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our operations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable manipulating and analyzing large data sets, understand SAP data structures, and be familiar with integration architecture.Your ImpactAs SAP Supplier Master Data Governance your responsibilities would consist:Data Governance Frameworks: Support development and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the effective management and utilization of organizational data assets.Data Cleansing Initiatives: Design and execute data cleansing strategies and methodologies to identify, analyze, and rectify data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
Utilize data profiling and cleansing tools to improve data quality.Establish Data Quality Standards: Define and support enforcement of data quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to measure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
Implement processes for ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data quality
