Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people.Job DescriptionThe SAP Time Management Consultant is responsible for providing SAP HCM & Kronos Work Force Central knowledge to business users, functional leadership, and guidance in design and implementation of configurations, customization, enhancements, and changes to meet evolving business requirements.Perform solution designs, functional testing, best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance.Should be able to perform configuration tasks using the SAP HCM & Kronos Work Force Central environment or the updated UKG Dimensions when required.Work closely with stakeholders to refine technical detail into user stories with acceptance criteria.Assess customer requirements and provide development effort estimations, with the support of the technical team if needed.Maintain a balance between standardization and customer orientation as well as development speed and time-to-market.Participate in tier 3 IT Solution support activities including incident management and the delivery of application upgrades and patches.Work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions.Support the resolution of production problems when requested by our support team. Develop and suggest alternative approaches to resolving problems.Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end-users.Maintain professional and good working relationships with team members and business.Provide high-level end-user support.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or similar areas.Additional InformationExperience working with complex integrations.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Implementation and Time Management.Experience with time management solutions - KRONOS Workforce Central or UKG PRO/Dimensions. Experience with accruals, scheduler setups, SQL query.Knowledge in Personnel Administration, Org Management, Payroll, or Benefits is a plus.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is also a plus.Capable of documenting and interpreting functional and technical specifications.Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world.Maintained a high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
