We are currently seeking a SAP Training Lead to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
**In these roles you will**
**be responsible for**:
- Use business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain
- or platform-led
- Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
- Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge
- Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given
- Interact with all workstreams - technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
- Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs
- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
**Requirements for this role include**:
- Minimum 7 years of SAP project and program management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with multiple areas of a program such as contract management, commercial management, sales and Delivery.
- Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- A Bachelor's Degree.
**Preferences**:
- PMP or ITIL certifications.
- Experience & certifications in SAP project Activate.
- Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Preferably involving the implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and the use of ACTIVATE and other methodologies
- Solid analytical / problem solving skills
- Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.
- Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
- Strong client service attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts to support our global clients
