At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**SC Finance CRM Manager****Main Purpose**This role supports the Commodity Risk Management team, responsible upholding the Commodity Risk Management Framework. This role will serve to fill a gap within our existing processes and be responsible for validation and confirmation of commodity buy plans & supplier coverages. The role will liase with Commodity Buyers and be responsible data collection, data quality control, data validation, reporting and analytics. The role will also require administrative oversight to the new Compass Platform, which is an end to end tool for monitoring commodity purchasing and compliance. The Associate Manager is expected to lead a team of 2 analysts who will work directly with function finance.**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Lead overall team of analysts to manage workload and provide coaching and feedback.- Provide administrative capabilities for Compass (Commodity Automation Portal). Actions include governance of accesses and roles, ad hoc support for back end updates.- Validate in-month commodity coverage and provide support via trade validation and matching to supplier confirmations.- Reconciliation of supplier coverages to Compass System for Global Reporting.- Review commodity buy plans across 2 dozen playbooks to ensure accurate statement of data in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).- Learn and integrate new capabilities to enhance existing and future work-streams
