This role also involves managing inventory targets at the SKU level.Your ImpactAs SC Sr Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of:Analyze and execute - Evaluate daily the short and medium term replenishment plans suggested by the Blueyonder tool to be the basis of the daily plan and adjust with external inputs to deliver the replenishment plan guaranteeing the service level and cost.Optimize inventory - Monitor and manage inventories leveraging the IO tool, minimizing waste.Master tools - Maintain updated parameters (Lead Time, Quarantine time, shipment capacities, RP exclusion, etc.)
as well as distribution networks within MyISCP.Participate in weekly sessions with stakeholders to develop action plans as needed.Effective communication - Collaborate closely with the planning manager and team to align medium and long term strategies with short term operational needs.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationRequired: Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, international business or related)ExperienceFluent in Portuguese4 years previous experience in Supply ChainIntermediate proficiency in English, oral and written (mandatory)Skilled in main software: Word, Excel (Advanced/Expert), Power Point (mandatory), Power BI (Desirable)Familiar with conflict resolution processesHighly analytical and numerical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.Strong foundational understanding of supply chain for special customers' constraints and operational effectiveness.KPIs developed and followed up to ensure compliance with business indicators.Innovation and improvement skills to optimize company processes with new solutions and ways of working
