**About the Role***
The SMB S&P Manager is responsible for driving the strategic planning process, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring effective process of organizational strategies for the unmanaged SMB segment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to support decision-making!
We will need to balance critical thinking and implementation attitude to bring actions to life. Criticall metric & OKR centric methodology. Analytics and insights creation + automation and tool developing focus!
**What you'll do**
- **Strategic Planning**:Provide insights to develop, implement, and monitor the team's strategic plan. Collaborate with key partners to define mid & long-term goals and objectives. Conduct scans and analyses to identify strategic opportunities and risks. Help to define and build the tools to implement the strategy to grow and improve experience from our partners
- **Business Analysis**:Assess the team's internal strengths and weaknesses to inform strategic decisions. Provide data-driven insights to support business planning and decision-making. Supervise KPI and OKR to understand their success, issues, or opportunities (for all the SMB portfolio). Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments
- **Project Management**:Lead and oversee strategic projects and initiatives. Develop project plans, timelines, and key performance indicators (critical metrics). Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork and communication throughout project execution. Automate processes and resources to scale impact on the business. Build processes and standardize best-practices within internal teams
- **Performance Measurement**:Establish and supervise meaningful metrics to measure the success of critical initiatives. Build dashboards and worksheets to provide a consolidated view of the whole SMBs national portfolio. Provide regular reports and updates to team leadership on the progress of strategic goals. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of strategies and identify areas for improvement
- **Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging initiatives. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for the organization
- **Partner Engagement**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gather input and insights. Build positive relationships with internal and external partners. Communicate strategic objectives and plans to various levels of the organization
