**About the Role**

Uber Eats Mexico is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our commercial team. Our team's mission is to maintain a highly engaged restaurant base by improving and accelerating our scaled account management treatment.

Your day to day will consist on developing constant analyses of the SMBs segment performance and different benchmarks of best in class commercial strategy that will serve to shape our scaled account management approach.

**What You'll Do**
- Work cross functionally across operations and territory units to guarantee alignment to our Uber Eats vision and strategy
- Own data analysis and design accurate reporting providing visibility of the segment's performance
- Extract actionable insights from data that enable smart decision-making
- Lead team operations to guarantee best-in-class execution on work streams seeking segment growth
- Build the foundations of a scalable framework to support the operational and business needs of a rapidly growing portfolio of high value SMB restaurant partners
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive execution of your plan
- Use internal tools to optimize and/or automate internal processes to playbook and drive improved headcount efficiency

**What You'll Need**
- 6 years professional experience, ideally in operations and analytics with a proven track record in quantitative fields: sales operations, consulting, strategy
- Data driven: while you don't need to be an SQL whiz (it's a plus!) you should be comfortable driving analysis and using data to guide your insights, decisions, and projects
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to optimally listen, interpret, transmit and present initiatives
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills - the ability to lead your time effectively whilst working with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
- Problem-solving skills. When you see a problem, you work hard and think out of the box until you fix it

**Bonus Points**
- SQL Experience or passion for coding
- Operational proficiency and continuous process improvement
- Experience leading teams (2-3 persons)
