You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive product adoption.Key Responsibilities:Develop engaging content for various stages of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences and create content that caters to their needs and preferences.Craft compelling email copy, blog posts, videos, and other marketing collateral that drive engagement and conversion.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and publication of marketing materials.Analyze the performance of content through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine content strategies.Work closely with designers and multimedia specialists to produce visually appealing and cohesive content.Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content efforts with broader business goals and initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.2-3 years of experience.Proven experience in content creation, especially within integrated lifecycle marketing programs.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.Ability to understand customer personas and create content and videos that resonate with different target audiences.Strong analytical skills to track content performance and make data-driven optimizations.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that drive engagement
