More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**MAIN ACTIVITIES**- Responsible to participate on the deployment of Process improvement processes; - Follow-up and responding on the AP Cases tickets raised and all those related to Invoice Payments delay; - Support on the fully implementation of the Supplier Creation Process, supporting the SSC on the tickets requirements; - Supports on the Data Analysis activities with the Data Analyst buyer; - Reports on tickets SLAand status related to specific categories; - Be accountable for compliance with Thales procurement policy and with the "Manage Acquisition" process of Chorus 2.0; - Participate on Reporting of the Team KPIs; - Participate and/or Lead Supplier reviews (Weekly Delivery reviews, Performance improvement and Supplier Program Reviews.**REQUIREMENTS**- Studying engineering, supply chain, or business; - Advanced English;- French Language good to have; - Desirable Experienced in Oracle E-Business ERP and SAP ERP; - Capability to handle conflicts / problem resolution; - Be agile (adapt in a complex environment, multi-cultural aspect open).
