**Scheduler Coordinator**

Major Tasks Main contact of the site with the planning team to ensure the alignment of plan production according with the demand of sales team. Define the planning strategy through analyzes information in order to guarantee an operative excellency in field and plant optimizing the resources that impacting directly in the cost production. Work in line with the field production manager for the planning and follow up the key activities of the process: planting, detasseling and harvest.. Work in line together with the plant manager for the planning and follow up of the conditioning process in the plant since un loading until delivery finished product at distribution center. Lead weekly meetings of follow up for adherence to sowing, detasseling and harvest plans together with the field production team as well as follow up the action plans when exist a deviation Support with information (based in the analysis) for site lead, plant manager and field manager, the same way for other areas or leads when this will be requested. Guarantee the supply key raw materials (bags, chemicals and labels) for plant production process in the right time. Responsible for manage the raw materials warehouseas well as its monthly inventories. Coordinate movements cob and/or bulk seed with others sites. Responsible for update information in "Seed bin" and "Control tower" platforms. Actively participate in the implementation of the production system (One PSS) leading or mentoring a lean practice, as well as being a key promoter in the management of change on the site. Participate periodically in regional and global networks, ensuring the standardization of the best practices. Ensure efficient talent management and team development based on People Strategy Plan with your team, promoting diversity and inclusion. Ensure implementation of all assessment and people development tools Lead, promote and support continuous improvement projects in your area. Position: Skills,... Bachelor education (Engineering / Agronomy/ Economy / Administration) 4+ years of experience in Seeds Production operations. Production System & Lean Mfg, experience are desirable Strong communication, coaching and people management skills required Key competencies | Customer Focus, Influencing, Drives Results, Manages Ambiguity Importance to relationships and networks competence; courage and candor. Beside working with management systems (ISO, OHSAS) and continuous improvement philosophy
