Job description: Looking for a scheduler for a company on the caregivers industry, who is able to manage people, schedules, administrative tasks, and more.**Responsibilities**:- Scheduling new and existing clients- Communicating with clients and/or their authorized family members, caregivers, affiliated institutions such as Veterans Affairs (known as the VA) and PACE, and the admin team including RNs- Management of client care needs- "Cleaning shifts" for invoicing and payroll, including reading care notes and ensuring task lists are properly completed -Management of caregivers which may include teaching and reminding staff of policies and procedures, advising, disciplinary actions, and submitting worker's compensation forms- Documenting and updating the call log on all schedule changes and requests, recording pertinent conversations, approving/declining time off requests, changes to client status and care needs, changes to caregiver availability, incidents, evaluations, and interruptions of services (such as a hospital stay)- Caregiver evaluations and pay rate increasesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mes
