**Scheduling and Planning Analyst Job Duties**:- Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring agent productivity and queue needs; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement.- Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.- Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunitiesto add value to job accomplishments.
