Description We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator who will be responsible for meeting customer commitments and ensuring that the customers perspective is the driving force behind business decisions.What You Will Be Doing: Will work with the team and immediate supervisor to assess options for schedule improvement when an easy solution cannot be achieved.This role will play a critical role to improve our customer experience by working on anticipated potential misses on our schedule and adjusting customer orders when needed.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives on existing processes and to eliminate waste.Give an excellent customer Satisfaction to all our clients, internally and externallyBe a contact point between MFG and Order Fulfillment on sales order clarifications, urgencies and potential escalations.Data Analytics on existing processes to measure and improve our KPI´s performance.Required Skills and Competencies Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Relations, Engineering or related.
Excel proficiency: Medium to advanced Minimum 3 years of experiencePreferred Skills and Competencies Proficient with an ERP system.You are capable to use different Lean Office tools, for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data and independently solve problems and/or lead well defined continuous improvement initiatives/projects of moderate scope and complexity under limited supervision.You are analytical and proactive with strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.You got strong organization, communication, and management skills within team and cross-functionally.Customer Service oriented.Able to adapt to changing business needs.You are a proactive person; you are a team player and embrace challenges.Why People Choose to Work With Us: At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
