Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Scheduling Receptionist s to join our Helpware team.   Scheduling Receptionist will do the following: ? Answering incoming patient phone calls.
? Scheduling patient appointments for multiple locations.
? Triage patients call efficiently and effectively.
? Effectively answer patient questions with confidence.
? Obtain and enter new patient demographics into EHR Software.
? Assist with incoming patient referrals.
? Providing excellent patient service.
? Perform other duties, as required.
Requirements: 6-month experience in a customer service role, dental or subscription service support experience preferred.  Fluency in English (C1) Computer Skills
