We are looking for an Upstream Planning Leader who will be the driving force behind our plant's Master Production Schedule.
You will be responsible for ensuring that materials and products flow efficiently from suppliers to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Master Production Schedule and forecast workload/capacity.Organize and optimize the flow of raw materials and finished goods, improving supply chain performance.Ensure the quality and consistency of key parameters in supply and stock management.Develop the local supplier base through improvement tools and material management competencies.Implement corrective and preventive actions using the 8D methodology to resolve supply chain issues.Be the Data Owner of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, supporting quality processes through tools like SAP.QualificationsExperience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in managing procurement and supply logistics for manufacturing materials.Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Certifications: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent and Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.G., SAP).
Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies, such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM).Competencies: Achieve Sustainable Results (L04), Digital Acumen (C014), Focus on Customer (L05), Influence and Convince (L03), Inventory and Supply Planning (FK04, FK05), Business Assessment (FC07), Demand Planning (FK03).Why Join Us?
