Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone, and at every moment.Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.What do you get to do in this position?The Execution Excellence Improvement Leader will collaborate across H&D NAM functions to drive operational efficiency for superior project execution, ensuring project timelines are achieved with sustainability, cost, and quality in mind. This position will establish a center for agile coaching excellence and best practices for project execution while leveraging change management skills to further simplify and streamline NAM H&D operating model.Responsibilities:Execute an agile coaching model and practice to sustain NAM H&D agile transformation and execution efforts.Leverage data to identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow enhancement, and performance improvement across business functions.Develop and implement data-driven solutions that contribute to the organization's continuous improvement efforts.Utilize lean concepts and 6 sigma concepts to develop or streamline current workflows.Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and document best practices, procedures, and workflows.Apply learning across appropriate business units.Develop change management strategies to implement changes effectively with project teams.Facilitate change management and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.Develop performance metrics to monitor and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives.Stay abreast of best practices and recommend solutions to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
