Schneider Electric is looking for a Channel Manager for Home & Distribution division in Mexico City.

As a Channel Manager servicing Home & Distribution, you will use your understanding of the market and consumers to drive strategic transformations. We are looking for someone with the passion to grow professionally while driving key initiatives for the Hardware Stores segment.
Your key activities include:
Developing a strategy to acquire, saturate, and grow key customers within the Hardware Stores segment.
Working with the global team to coordinate efforts on loyalty programs and build digital capabilities.
Setting up KPIs to monitor performance and automate follow-up (tableau dashboards).
Active participation in external events.
Analyzing customer voice to improve product, customer interactions, and communication channels.
Creating synergies with the product team to position new products in the market.
Working on active promotions and marketing campaigns.
Supporting partnership programs with other brands.
The channel manager is accountable for setting up the overall strategy and coordinating internal resources for long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, and Digital Design
Channel management experience (5+ years)
Customer interaction and negotiation skills
Strategy development and resource management
